Prospect Community Village is a residential support home that provides a supportive and caring environment for those who need assistance in their day-to-day life. Our home is close to many services and amenities, with a shopping centre within easy walking distance.

Our Management Team

Bernard 

Facility Manager/Director

Bernard has both his Certificate IV in Disability Care and Certificate III in Aged Care. He has extensive experience in the care and support of aged and disabled people. He also has an excellent rapport with clients and their families.

Gale 

General Manager

Gale has over 30 years of experience in Finance and Administrative Management. She also has extensive experience in Business and Company Management. 

Vicky

Client Liason Officer

Vicky has her Certificate IV in Mental Health. Vicky has a bubbly demeanor and a long standing relationship with the residents which enables her to engage on a personal basis with our Villagers.

Jenny

Floor Supervisor

Jenny has her Certificate III in Disability Care. She has a great rapport with the clients and their families. Jenny is a kind soul who provides quality care to all clients. 

Samantha

NDIS Coordinator

Samantha has been working part-time, primarily assisting with bookkeeping and administrative duties. She has recently gone full-time and been promoted to NDIS Coordinator, with a focus on further developing our social activities and community interaction.
